Western Foodservice & Hospitality Expo to offer eight expert-led workshops


The Western Foodservice & Hospitality Expo has confirmed it will offer eight educational workshops at the event later this month.

From August 25-27, the workshops will set out to provide educational content that is practical and relevant for today’s foodservice professional.

The eight seminars are named: A Scott Blanchard Seminar: Great Management, AllerTrain, Take Back Your Budget, Why Whiskey, Profitable Menu Design, ServSafe, Restaurants Care and the California Restaurant Association Foodservice & Public Health Summit.

The expo, in partnership with the California Restaurant Association, says it sets out to provide industry professionals access to the hottest menu trends, state of the art design and decor, a renowned education program, several culinary demonstrations.

It also offers in excess of the leading vendors and purveyors dedicated to serving the restaurant & foodservice community.
