Catering equipment manufacturer and supplier, Welbilt, will reveal its latest selection of products at Host Milan this week.
Welbilt will be showcasing new innovations in its Merrychef range, including the Merrychef eikon e2s, which it claims can cook up to 20 times faster than a conventional oven.
The company achieved rapid cooking times by utilising a combination of three heat technologies to ensure high quality food results.
Welbilt will also be previewing the Merrychef eikon e2s Marine. The high speed unit, which offers a compact footprint and largest cavity to footprint ratio in the high-speed ovens market, was designed to target the rapidly expanding cruise sector.
The company will also be presenting equipment from its Frymaster and Garland brands to demonstrate high performance fry-grill concepts for the casual dining and fast casual dining sectors.
Welbilt, which is showing at Host Milan from October 20 to 24, will have a dedicated cooking station for live demonstrations.
This will mark the company’s first appearance as Welbilt at the European exhibition following its rebranding from Manitowoc Foodservice early this year.
