Welbilt is aiming to make a human resources organization a strategic business partner to its leadership team after appointing an executive VP to run the division.
Jennifer Gudenkauf will take on the mantle of executive VP and chief human resources officer after joining Sykes Enterprises, a Tampa-based provider of process outsourcing services.
From 2009 to 2017, she held a variety of human resources leadership roles with increasing responsibility at Bloomin’ Brands, which owns and operates approximately 1,200 restaurants across the US and in 20 countries.
Prior to Bloomin’ Brands, she held a variety of human
resources roles for Gentiva Health Services Inc, a leading home healthcare and
hospice services firm, from 1997 to 2009.
“Jen brings a well-rounded background in multiple areas of human resources to
her role at Welbilt,” said Bill Johnson, Welbilt’s president and CEO.
“She has designed and implemented talent strategies for
recruiting, training and leadership development, led compensation and benefits
and implemented human resources technology solutions. This background makes Jen
the ideal person to make our human resources organization a strategic business
partner to our leadership team and strengthens our commitment to make Welbilt
an even better place to work.”
Headquartered in the Tampa Bay region of Florida and operating 20 manufacturing
facilities throughout the Americas, Europe and Asia, Welbilt sells through a
global network of more than 5,000 distributors and dealers.
