“Jen brings a well-rounded background in multiple areas of human resources to her role at Welbilt,” said Bill Johnson, Welbilt’s president and CEO.

“She has designed and implemented talent strategies for recruiting, training and leadership development, led compensation and benefits and implemented human resources technology solutions. This background makes Jen the ideal person to make our human resources organization a strategic business partner to our leadership team and strengthens our commitment to make Welbilt an even better place to work.”
Headquartered in the Tampa Bay region of Florida and operating 20 manufacturing facilities throughout the Americas, Europe and Asia, Welbilt sells through a global network of more than 5,000 distributors and dealers.
