Vollrath Company has announced that its newest induction unit, the Modular Induction Dry Well Drop-In, has been selected for a product gallery at NAFEM 2019.
Also selected is Stoeling’s companion cart portable cleaning system. The models will be shown at NAFEM’s ‘WHAT’S HOT! WHAT’S COOL! What Works!’ product gallery.
Vollrath’s Modular Induction Dry Well Drop-Ins use induction technology to deliver hot food holding and precise temperature control in a waterless well. It is available in one or as many as six wells.
The zones can operate independently or be synched and run through a single control panel per well can accommodate both 2.5” and 4” pan depths with easily adjustable risers on the induction capsules.
Temperature/power control includes a temperature setting of 140◦-190◦F (60◦-88◦C) or choice of three power levels which maintains the freshness and quality of food.
The company said that it’s efficient temperature control results in less food waste and better food consistency.
Stoelting’s Companion Cart Portable Cleaning for frozen treat equipment comes in three styles and varies based on utilities available.
Features include a direct connection to a water supply with a 50-foot hose, a battery-powered water pump with a 15-gallon freshwater tank, grey water tank and a Clean in Place option with a Hydra Rise system that controls the entire cleaning and sanitizing process with the press of a button.
The Clean in Place system is NSF-approved and allows for a regular cleaning interval without breaking down the machine and ensures a consistent cleaning process.
