Last week, Catering Insight USA reported that the firm had appointed Nikki Heaton as its newest corporate chef.
In her new role, Heaton will be responsible for delivering high-quality culinary experiences to the firm’s customer and partner visits.
Alongside this, she will be accountable for technical training visits and various training for distributor networks out of Henny Penny’s Eaton, Ohio, headquarters.
