Twin pan fryer aims to make allergen control easier for kitchens

Valentine Equipment has unveiled a new twin pan fryer for customers that need a solution for the allergen challenges they face.

The Evo 2200 fryer features twin pump systems that operate totally separately so that operators can separate allergens without fear of cross-contamination. It is the first time that Valentine has ever used the technology within its fryers.

The system is 400mm wide and allows operators to keep the oil and all of the parts that go with the filtration completely separate.

The appliance is aimed operators that wanted one fryer for meat and one for non-meat or any restaurant scenario where cross-contamination concerns exist.

Many restaurants will often buy an extra fryer because they can’t separate this out. This system is designed ti stops the need for that so operators can have a twin pan fryer with complete allergen control built in.
