TriMark USA, CEO, Jerry Hyman, has announced the appointment of Andrew Foster to the company’s executive team as chief human resources officer.
Foster will be responsible for the progressive development and growth of TriMark’s national HR functions including talent acquisition, talent management and development, succession planning, and advancement of the company’s culture and diversity.
Foster comes to TriMark from PerkinElmer Inc, serving most recently as vice president of human resources for the discovery and analytical solutions business.
He extensive experience in a variety of HR environments where he is said to have demonstrated his skills as an “innovative and accomplished leader” with in-depth knowledge in organizational development.
Prior to joining PerkinElmer, he was the senior vice president and chief learning officer for Solvay SA, a multinational chemical/plastics company.

Foster earned his bachelor’s degree in social ecology from the University of California, Irvine, and holds a master’s degree in clinical psychology from Pepperdine University.
