TriMark United East’s president, Scott McDaniel, will be leaving the organization in February.
The design services and equipment dealer said McDaniel had been an “impactful leader” for United East and delivered excellent results, adding that it would miss his passion and drive.
His departure sees a change in leadership roles within the business.
John Pawlowski, president of TriMark SS Kemp, will expand his responsibilities to support United East as well, while Jeff Bean will be promoted to general manager, United East, and oversee its full commercial and distribution operations.
Bean’s career with TriMark United East spans 22 years and throughout his tenure, he has had many roles, focusing primarily on sales and commercial operations.
“His commitment to TriMark’s customers is unparalleled, and he is an admired and effective leader in the division,” the company stated.
Bean is a member of the Halpern family, which built a small family business into the regional foodservice equipment dealer that became TriMark.
Pawlowski, meanwhile, joined TriMark in early 2019, driving SS Kemp’s sales, operational and financial performance.
He has established himself as an industry leader focused on customers, financial results, and building leadership and bench strength both at SS Kemp and across TriMark USA.
Elsewhere at the firm, Stacey Taylor has been named as Trimark’s chief supply chain officer (CSCO), reporting directly to CEO Marie Ffolkes.
She joins the business from MGM Resorts International, where she was the SVP and chief procurement officer.
