TriMark USA has named Cameron Geiger its new chief supply chain officer.
TriMark is the largest provider of design services, equipment, and supplies to the US foodservice industry.
Geiger joined from Walmart and will report to the chief executive officer, Marie Ffolkes, as a member of TriMark’s executive leadership team.
Ffolkes commented: “Cameron is a seasoned leader who brings a unique combination of supply chain, inventory management, information technology, customer growth, pricing with global perspective and cultural skills, along with strong team leadership, and successful execution.
“I’m confident in his expertise to lead the team in extending our lead in the industry with superior customer value creation, operational excellence and reliability.”
At Walmart, Geiger held a number of leadership roles in its US, international and Sam’s Club business groups.
Now, Geiger will have full responsibility for TriMark’s sourcing, procurement, category management, transportation and distribution.
TriMark said that he will ensure the reliability of the supply chain throughout the remainder of the COVID-19 pandemic.
