Food and foodservice marketing and distribution specialist Sysco has announced its new Restaurant Readiness Tool to get operators back on their feet after the pandemic.
A statement from the company said that the product “provides a comprehensive view of best practices, key considerations and essential supplies for operators re-opening their restaurants as COVID-19 stay-at-home orders continue to ease”.
Users of the simulation tool undertake a virtual tour of a restaurant, along the way learning about best practice regarding health and safety for employees and clients.
This includes videos, lists of helpful products and other services.
