Swedish company Sveba Dahlen has released its N-Series oven – a compact yet professional-quality model that it claims is versatile enough for pizzas, breads and pastries.
With an advanced steam system the oven recreates the results of a larger model in a much smaller, table-top product, the Sveba Dahlen N-Series is intended for use by professional or amateur bakers.
Sveba Dahlen claims its new N-Series oven is robust, user-friendly and energy-efficient, and boasts an ergonomic handle and insulated triple-glazed window.
