It has a single-point solution for all commercial kitchen equipment maintenance and repair needs and strives to deliver same-day commercial kitchen repairs and comprehensive service solutions for all major OEM kitchen equipment brands.
The senior service desk specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software including a custom iOS app.
This will include MS Systems Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) imaging and task sequencing, application packaging, and Windows Updates management.
The specialist will work with the company’s call center agents and technicians to resolve technical issues over the phone, working with development staff testing new enhancements, and providing input to the mobile hardware depot.
