Restaurant groups request Regale samples to protect microwaves

Regale Microwave Ovens says early reception to its specialist cavity liner – which fits inside commercial microwaves to make cleaning easy – has been hugely positive since its launch to the US market.

A string of restaurant chains have ordered samples to try out in their sites, with many likely to have experienced ovens breaking down due to the lack of correct cleaning procedures.

The company exhibited at the NAFEM Show last month alongside Panasonic USA, giving North American dealers and operators a close-up look at the CPS2A Cavity Liner for the Panasonic Pro 1 range of commercial microwaves

“It was a fantastic show and Panasonic USA did us proud,” said Regale’s managing director Pat Bray. “Its team of sale personnel were spot on in introducing the liner, so much so that just from this launch they have ordered a thousand units with several restaurant groups requesting samples for trials including the famous Appleby Group.”

Bray said Panasonic USA will now be taking the product to the NRA Show in Chicago this May, where it hopes to generate even greater interest.

Regale extended its appreciation to Panasonic’s VP planning, Osamu Fukuya, at the end of last month’s show, to thank him for his dedication and help towards the Microsave Cavity Liner launch.

The Microsave Microwave Liner provides total protection for the cavity, the roof, sides, back and base of a commercial microwave oven, saving not only hundreds of dollars in repair costs which are not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, but also valuable time in keeping the oven clean and hygienic.
