Smart Care has snapped up commercial refrigeration and HVAC equipment repair company Refrigeration Anytime.
The takeover strengthens its presence in Texas and represents Smart Care’s third acquisition in the state.
Refrigeration Anytime is a family-owned provider of emergency repair, preventative maintenance, inspection, compliance and installation services for refrigeration and HVAC equipment.
It was founded in 2006 and has earned a reputation as a premier service provider for grocers, convenience stores, restaurants and other retail foodservice providers throughout Texas.

Smart Care continues to seek acquisition opportunities and recently purchased Finley’s Facilities Services, an Ohio-based provider of maintenance and installation services for cooking, refrigeration and HVAC equipment.
