QSR equipment supplier AyrKing snapped up by food prep ace CFS

CFS Brands has completed the acquisition of AyrKing, the food preparation equipment manufacturer.

Founded in 1972 and headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky, AyrKing is a specialist in automated breading, blending/sifting and commercial marinating equipment and a key supplier to several major QSR restaurants, convenience stores, and grocery chains.

AyrKing also produces food blenders, mixers, drive-thru windows, ice baths and work tables.

AyrKing will remain as a stand-alone entity within CFS Brands.

CFS Brands operates a range of businesses including Carlisle FoodService Products, Dinex, El Castor, Jofel, Piper, San Jamar, Snap Drape, and Sparta globally.

Based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, the company employs more than 1,400 people across its headquarters, seven manufacturing locations and eight distribution centers worldwide.
