Professional Reps, an independent manufacturers’ rep firm for the foodservice industry, has made an abundance of promotions and new hires.
The company has promoted several long-time associates and hired new staff members for its Midwest and Rocky Mountain territories.
Former Utah territory manager, Richard Larsen, was promoted to managing partner/vice president for the Midwest region. As part of his promotion, Larsen will relocate to Cincinnati.
Brent Scalia will assume Larsen’s duties as Utah territory manager while continuing his duties as end-user support for the firm.
Travis Lusky joined Professional Reps in the Midwest region in the newly created role of managing partner/chief operating officer. Lusky has spent more than 15 years in the foodservice industry and previously served as a sales rep for an Ohio-based foodservice equipment and supplies dealership.
Professional Reps also promoted Nick Schoenfeld to director of operations for the Midwest region. He previously served as the firm’s Ohio/West Virginia territory manager.
In addition, Brendan Schiering was promoted to Kentucky territory manager and executive chef from Midwest region chef.
Finally, Professional Reps hired Christina Wahl to serve as Northern Ohio territory manager and Dawn Broeder to serve as a second Colorado territory manager and chef.
In August 2018, Professional Reps acquired Bauer Marketing Group and has since merged the two companies creating the new Professional Reps.
The company said: “Merging the two companies allows us to take advantage of all our shared resources to create the efficiencies to have more feet on the street to better serve our manufacturers, our customers and most importantly improve the lives of our team.”
The new Professional Reps will be headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona and maintain offices, test kitchen sand warehouses throughout our territories including Cincinnati, Denver, Columbus, Salt Lake City, Cleveland, Albuquerque and Louisville.
