PREP Kitchens has announced plans to open a new kitchen site in Dallas, Texas.
The brand new, “state-of-the-art” facility will feature 53 private professional kitchens, 10 mobile food service base of operations, and a shared kitchen with 10 stations.
The location will span 60,036 square feet at its site at 1499 Regal Row, and is set to open in the first quarter of 2025.
With this new location, kitchen-for-hire company PREP will aim to cater to food producers, caterers, bakers, meal prep companies and food trucks in the Dallas area.

As its business model, PREP Kitchens offers private or shared kitchens on a rent-by-the-hour or dedicated basis.
PREP Kitchens currently operates five sites in Georgia and one site in Austin, with new spaces in Phoenix and Houston also in the works.
