Parts Town specialist highlights top NRA show innovations


The National Restaurant Association show held in Chicago last week was home to a multitude of new products, and to celebrate the event’s 100th year a Parts Town specialist has now provided a handy guide to the top new innovations.

Matt Gentile, SEO content specialist for the Illinois-based spare parts supplier, posted the list on the Parts Town blog, where he provides a brief description of each of the innovations selected.

The items chosen are split into four different categories – commercial kitchen equipment, foodservice technology, food & beverages and supplies.

Amongst the products featured on the list are a number of recipients of 2019 Kitchen Innovations awards, including Tortilla Masters Equipment’s Ventura Flex Tortilla Machine and Bear Robotics’ Penny Foodservice Robot, while other innovations to feature include Unox’s data driven cooking, the Doyon RPO3 Trio Pizza Oven and ThermoWorks’ Thermapen thermometers.
