The National Restaurant Association Show has announced that its next webinar will be held on October 23 at 11am CT.
The webinar, titled What Can Chains Learn from Independents, will be hosted by Kevin Boehm of Boka Restaurant Group and Donnie Madia from One Off Hospitability Group.
The webinar will discuss creative learnings from small independently-owned restaurants and how to implement those tactics into large chain restaurants.
Participants will also have the chance to learn how independents leverage innovative menu options and gain marketing strategies applicable to their own operations for business growth.
The Show holds various webinars designed to provide insights and actionable tools to those dedicated to the foodservice profession, with its most recent being held yesterday, with the title Menu Forecast: 2020 and Beyond.
The webinar was presented by Nancy Kruse, President of the Kruse Company who shared tips on how to drive traffic to restaurants while delivering the trends and value that today’s customers demand.
Participants were given the opportunity to learn sales and profit-boosting strategies through the creation of customized menus that meet emerging customer needs, while Kruse identified food and beverage flavors and ingredients slated to have momentum tomorrow’s menus to help spark menu development ideation.
