Foodservice design firm Rippe Associates has handed one of its principals, Terry Pellegrino, a new role as design principal.
The role, which will see her work reduced hours so that she can spend more time with her grandchildren, will focus on the programming and schematic design phases of projects.
Pellegrino has been a part of the Rippe team for 34 years, during which time the company says she has transferred the knowledge she has acquired to other members of the team.
Meanwhile Eric Goodrich and Marcy Salisbury have both joined the team as operations project managers.
In a statement, the company said: “Rippe Associates congratulates Terry on her new position and welcomes its new team members. We appreciate Terry’s contributions to our mission of providing ‘Kitchens that Work’ and look forward to the contributions Eric and Marcy will bring to the team.”
Rippe Associates is a nationwide consultant offering a range of services to help successful foodservice operations.
The company says that it “takes pride in its ability to develop efficient and practical food production and service systems for both front- and back-of-house commercial kitchen and dining areas”.
