New digital, delivery-focused kitchen concept to debut in Graduate Hotels

Graduate Hotels and C3 have partnered to bring a new delivery-focused, digital kitchen concept to the former’s properties with a mid-summer 2021 launch date in mind.

Graduate Food Hall, powered by C3, which allows multiple restaurant menus to operate from one kitchen, will launch in six Graduate properties by this summer, with plans to expand to most of the chain’s hotels by the end of the year.

C3 (Creating Culinary Communities) describes itself as a revolutionary food and beverage platform, founded by Sam Nazarian.

It will now bring its forward-thinking food and beverage concept to Graduate hotels and the student market they are aimed at.

Graduate’s hotel kitchens will be converted into multi-brand digital kitchens in which up to six of C3‘s brands, including award-winning concepts such as Umami Burger, Krispy Rice and Sam’s Crispy Chicken can operate at once.

The Food Halls will offer dine-in, delivery and takeout options.
