National Restaurant Association begins preparations for 2020 show


The National Restaurant Association Show has opened registration for the 2020 show in Chicago.

The show is set to take place from May 16 to 19 in Chicago’s McCormick Place.

Attendees will have the chance to experience a series of new workshops and talks that promise to delve into a range of industry topics including labor and off-premise dining with industry insiders.

The new ‘Navigating the Labor Landscape’ and ‘Off-Premise Evolution: The Rise of New Business’ workshops are available for selection when attendees login to the show registration.  

Winsight president, Ton Cindric, said: “The launch of a new workshop series will provide a platform for discussion, strategic development and peer-to-peer learning.

“These morning gatherings will concentrate on solving workforce concerns and capitalizing on the demand for off-premise dining, allowing the industry to start their day inspired with actionable insights to take their operations to the next level.”
