A swarm of the world’s top catering equipment brands have landed in Orlando to showcase the best of what manufacturers have to offer North American dealers at the latest annual NAFEM Show.
NAFEM is the largest foodservice equipment and supplies show in North America, with more than 600 suppliers poised to showcase their wares when the doors of the Orange County Convention Center open today.
The 3-day show is predicted to attract more than 20,000 attendees, including commercial and non-commercial operators, manufacturers, dealers, distributors and consultants.
Every show aisle will feature new innovations in the world of equipment and supplies. This year there will be a ‘What’s Hot! What’s Cool! What Works!?’ area, which has been created to showcase the industry’s latest innovations and the impact they have on foodservice operations.
The aim of the lounge sessions is to highlight the impact of which the equipment has had on real-life foodservice operations and share current working examples with the industry.
The instrumental pieces include energy saving ovens and customized cocktail dispensing systems. All products listed focus on saving time, energy, labor costs or a combination of the three.
Big players which will be attending include AccuTemp, Alto-Shaam, Belshaw Adamatic, BKI Worldwide, Cadco, Cambro Manufacturing, Hoshizaki, Perlick, Vollrath and Welbilt.
