Its mobile kitchen units can be deployed to any city in the US within 72 hours, and one unit can provide 10,000 hot meals or 20,000 cold ones in a day.

The NMSCA is the largest provider of these services in the world, its members bringing over 40 years of experience with government contracts during crisis.

It promises to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality wherever its units are deployed to.
