Mitchell Cohen to head up dealer sales for Blodgett, BKI and Perfect Fry


Carter-Hoffmann sales VP Mitchell Cohen has moved to a new senior leadership position within the Middleby Group, taking on the mantle of group vice president of sales and marketing for a number of key brands.

Cohen, whose previous role within the group also saw him oversee Doyon and Nu-Vu, will now have responsibility for cooking brands Blodgett, BKI, Perfect Fry and Marsal. 

He will lead sales efforts for all domestic chains and have responsibility for the dealer and sales representative business.

Additionally, Cohen will head the Middleby Retail Group, encompassing all of the Middleby brands in the segment.

“Mitch is well-respected by customers and has deep industry experience that will be a tremendous asset to all of the brands and sales channels at Middleby,” said group president Steve Spittle.

“His expertise within retail foodservice will help our efforts to expand market share in this fast-growing segment with all of the Middleby brands.”

Cohen previously worked in executive sales positions for TriMark Marlinn and Unified Brands.
