Mexican cleaning brush manufacturer acquired by Sparta Brush parent

MEXICAN

CFS Brands, the parent company of Sparta Brush, has completed the acquisition of Mexican cleaning brush manufacturer Cepillos El Castor.

The company, which has manufacturing operations and corporate headquarters in Guadalajara, Mexico and has approximately 200 employees will remain a stand-alone entity within CFS Brands.

This means that for the foreseeable future, both customers and suppliers will continue to interact with both companies as they have in the past.
