Master-Bilt has announced that it is now being represented by The Jay Mark Group in the Northern and Central Illinois region.
The company represents top manufacturers of foodservice equipment and supplies for key market segments including restaurants, c-stores, retail, supermarkets, schools/universities, and business and industry (B&I).
Jim Heffernan, partner and president of The Jay Mark Group, said: “We try to be more than just a standard rep group for our customers.
“Along with our sales and support staff, we also have a full-time chef on staff and offer a 1,500 square foot test kitchen to our customers as well.
“It is one thing for sales people to ask questions about what the customer’s equipment needs are but oftentimes our chef can ask questions and offer a different perspective on fully analyzing their needs which proves to be highly beneficial.”
