Marcone has announced the opening of new regional distribution center in suburban Dallas.
The center spans roughly 200,000 square feet of warehouse space, and is filled with thousands of repair parts for the plumbing, appliance and commercial kitchen industries.
Over 300 customers toured the new center earlier this week, as well as attending a vendor fair which featured the industry’s most popular brands.
The new distribution site allows Marcone to ensure next-day deliver to 93% of the US population with next-day ground service.
The center is one of three planned openings from Marcone for this year, with the others in Kansas City, Missouri and Calgary, Alberta.
Greg Fleischut, president of Marcone Appliance Parts, said: “We are pleased to streamline operations in the Dallas area with this new facility. Whether it’s a home refrigerator, a restaurant oven or hotel shower, each of these items are of utmost importance when they aren’t working properly.
