Since joining the company in 2015, Are has served as the chief financial officer of Rational USA and the North America region.

“We have a proven strategy, strong North American leadership team, and we will continue to do what we do best – provide our customers with market-leading commercial foodservice equipment, and deliver an unmatched customer experience,” stated Are (below).

Meanwhile, highlights of Glueck’s eight-year tenure include the establishment of a powerful partner network, expansion of warehousing and distribution, and the successful launch of the innovative iCombi and iVario product lines across the region.

“Rational is grateful for Markus Glueck’s contributions to the organization, which include strong revenue growth and the achievement of a 60% market share in the North American combi oven market segment,” said Markus Paschmann, chief sales and marketing officer, and member of the Rational AG executive board.

He continued: “He developed a strong leadership team and spearheaded investments in infrastructure that position Rational for continued and future success.”
