Lainox has launched Oracle, its new compact oven that is to be distributed by Ali Group in North America.
The new product is indicative of a change in direction for the Italian manufacturer, which has traditionally made combination ovens.
Oracle lets users quickly cook, grill, toast, defrost and regenerate a variety of foods with the press of a button.
It comes pre-set with many recipes and uses an HD True-Touch touch screen interface, while it is also easy to clean as a result of its standard supply non-stick lining and rapid cooling system.
Ali Group said: “Everything is faster with Oracle: creating, updating, and managing the menu, staff training, serving customers and also cleaning and maintenance.”
It claims that Oracle is perfect for premises with open-plan kitchens, offices with limited space, or small kitchens, describing the product as the “ideal solution for anyone looking for a compact oven with big performance.”
Ali Group already offers a number of other Lainox products to the American market including the Multigrill, NEO and Aroma, and the manufacturer is most famous for producing combination ovens.
However the company launched its first compact oven, Compact by Naboo, in 2016, and Oracle marks a continuation of its expansion into this market.
