Signature 19 The Future of Dining

The National Restaurant Association Show is offering visitors a rare glimpse into the changes happening across the entire foodservice landscape with a star-studded panel session on May 19.

With the rapid changes happening today in foodservice, all businesses need to know where the industry is headed and how the competitive landscape is shaping up.

Visionary industry leaders will discuss the “where, what, and how” of consumer changes and the key trends affecting in the ‘Signature 2019: The Future of Dining’ session at the Chicago show.

Moderated by Dawn Sweeney, president and CEO of the National Restaurant Association, Signature will draw on the expertise and wisdom of CEOs from some of the most innovative restaurants, c-stores, and grocery organizations.

These leaders are creatively answering consumer demands and succeeding by doing business in bold new ways, and will give clear insights into how people will dine in the coming years.  

They include John Cywinski, president of Applebee’s Grill & Bar, Randy Edeker, chairman, president and CEO of Hy-Vee, In, Chris Gheysens, president and CEO of Wawa and

Tim McEnery, founder and CEO of Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants.

The panel is expected to discuss the trends that are shaking up foodservice, how convenience and grocery are expanding prepared food options, and where businesses can leverage these changes in every corner of the foodservice industry.

The session takes place on Sunday 19 May at 2:00pm in the Grand Ballroom (S100).
