Industry veteran Todd Griffith has taken up his new post of vice president at Pennsylvania-based dealer, Singer Equipment Company.
Griffith is best-known for his time at Alto-Shaam, where he held senior sales and marketing posts for more than 20 years.
He left the cook and hold ovens manufacturer last week and reflected on his “incredible” time at the company in a post on LinkedIn.
He wrote: “Today I say thank you to my Alto-Shaam family for 20 incredible years! I will never forget you! And I say hello to my new family at Singer Equipment. I look forward to serving you and our customers with passion and unparalleled commitment!”
Griffith joins a company that is looking to continue its market growth. Previously, Catering Insight USA reported that the foodservice equipment and supplies
EVI serves multi-unit restaurants and independent food groups and offers services in the greater Baltimore – DC market. It has approximately 40 employees in the region, including many account and project managers.
Fred Singer, president and chief executive officer at Pennsylvania-based Singer Equipment, said at the time: “This acquisition gives our company increased resources and local presence in the growing Maryland, Washington DC, and Virginia markets.”
Singer Equipment currently has more than 500 employees and serves over 5,000 customers annually. It has eight three distribution centres and eight offices.
