Foodservice equipment manufacturer, Hestan Commercial, shares the company’s newest launches at the NAFEM Show in February.
Hestan brought its expanded commercial line to the Orange County Convention Centre which included upright convection ovens and open burner rangetops.
The company said: “The Hestan team has reinvented the restaurant kitchen with inventive and insightful design – which has already earned three Kitchen Innovations awards for our French top, modular broiler system and salamander, and two Excellence in Design Awards for our French top and modular salamander system.
“Our group brings together more than 200 years’ experience in the commercial kitchen. Over that time, we talked to countless chefs and kitchen design consultants – and more importantly, listened to them.”
Hestan Commercial Corporation is headquartered in a 130,000 sqft manufacturing facility in Anaheim, California which includes a showroom, testing kitchen and certified testing lab.
