TriMark Strategic has held the held the grand opening of its new full format test kitchen in Tampa.
The 1,500 square foot state-of-the-art test kitchen is a gathering space where the TriMark team can display their support, innovative equipment solutions and expert services for clients and manufacturer partners.
Jon Jacobs, vice president and general manager at Trimark Strategic, said: “This well-planned, beautiful facility is one of the top TriMark venues. The space will be host to events, training sessions, product and menu development for clients and potential customers, and a home to our team. I am extremely pleased with the support from our vendor community and manufacturer rep groups.”
TriMark is confident that the facility will be a significant value-add for its partners and expects it to be used for training, menu testing, roll-out training and conceptual design meetings.
