The Versatile Chef Station is a compact multi-function cooking station that serves as a griddle, saucepan, braising pan, steamer, pasta cooker, rethermalizer, and fryer all in one.

With its patented multilayered cooking surface, it is faster, more accurate, more even, and easier to clean than a braising pan.

The Versatile Chef Station (VCS) redefines cooking versatility by allowing chefs to perform a wide range of techniques with a single, compact, multi-function cook top that delivers the precision of specialty equipment.

The unit contains six integrated elements with built-in temperature monitors provide accurate, uniform heat – within 2°F corner to corner.

An integrated probe in the cooking well senses liquid temperature, providing additional accuracy assurance.

A patented tri-metallic cooking surface with an aluminum core sandwiched between stainless steel provides faster, more even heat transfer than all-steel surfaces for superior heat uniformity and rapid recovery.
