Winning recipients will have addressed operator concerns covering labor, inventory management, cleanliness, energy and water efficiency, food safety, sanitation, cross-functionality and space-saving measures.
MODwater dispenses four kinds of water – chilled, hot, alkaline, and sparkling – and uses less energy than other models.
The product’s patented technology also chills and carbonates water on demand without a carbonator tank.
By eliminating the need for a tank and pressurizing pump, the MODwater can save space and maintenance costs.
Last week, Catering Insight USA reported that the company had released a video showing its ‘Dream Kitchen’ with undercounter and worktop refrigeration.
The refrigeration plan features the options of doors and/or drawers. upright glass door refrigerator, ice machine, freezer, pizza prep table and refrigerated equipment stands.
