Imperial over-engineers cooking equipment to boost kitchen performance

Imperial Cooking Equipment is set to roll out a new selection of Pro Series products to the market.

Dealers will be able to get a close-up view of its latest innovations at the 2019 National Restaurant Association (NRA) Show.

Products on display will include the Pro-Series Broiler, which is made with heavy duty stainless steel along with a long-lasting stainless steel liner and radiant covers, as well as the Pro Series Griddle, which is made with high carbon AR50 (Abrasion Resistant) plates, ideal for longer service life in harsh conditions and better heat transfer.

The brand is also hoping to impress with its ProVection Oven, a 36-inch unit that challenges commercial ovens with a two-speed motor, five rack positions, and the ability to be stacked up to three units high.

Last but not least it will be unveiling a gas fryer that features a sports cast-iron, tube-fired burner with large heat transfer area and quickly recovers to desired cooking temperatures.

A large cold zone captures and holds particles out of the fry area. Robotic welding of the tubes and sides at the factory eliminates leaks. A recessed bottom facilitates draining of the oil.

“We’re thrilled to return to the NRA Show and are especially excited this year as we unveil new product in our Pro Series Collection,” says Imperial president, Peter Spenuzza. “We understand the demands of a commercial kitchen and over-engineer all of our products to perform above and beyond for our customers.”
