Imperial Dade expands Northeast reach with 24th acquisition under current leadership

Imperial Dade has expanded its Northeast reach with the acquisition of Philip Rosenau Co., Inc. a family-owned wholesale distribution business based in Pennsylavnia.

It marks the 24th acquisition for the distributor of disposable food service and janitorial supplies under the leadership of CEO Robert Tillis and president Jason Tillis.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Philip Rosenau Co. provides janitorial, sanitation, packaging and foodservice disposable products to customers across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and Maryland.

By leveraging Imperial Dade’s resources and experience, Rosenau Company’s customers can expect the same customized service with an expanded offering of solutions.

Robert Tillis said: “Philip Rosenau Company’s commitment to its customers, along with its long history as a leader in the region, makes the business a great addition to the Imperial Dade platform.”

Jason Tillis added: “We are excited to increase our service footprint with this acquisition and look forward to working together with the Rosenau team to further grow the business.
