Its suites now come in a range of colours and tones, and consultants, distributors and operators will be able to discuss the options for tailored panels, including ‘off the shelf’ colours and those created specially to match a customer’s logo or brand.
Unox is preparing to unleash its ChefTop Mind.Maps BIG technology at HOST (Pavilion5, Stand E17 F20). The new 20 and 40 tray trolley ovens are designed to provide the best cooking performance possible and to stand the test of time in the best central kitchens in the world.
It will also showcase Evereo, an innovation that features patented Service Temperature Food Preserving technology, which preserves food at the temperature at which it is served and eaten. This means operators can cook food, keep it hot without blast freezing and regenerating it, and serve it in a few seconds at any time of the day.
Mechline will be showcasing a mix of its new and established innovations at HOST, including its ‘game-changing’ HyGenikx air and surface hygiene amplification system (Pavilion 5, Stand PO3). The advanced and compact, wall-mounted system is proven to eradicate bacteria and viruses throughout the foodservice and hospitality environment, as well as significantly prolong the life of fresh perishable food.
The HyGenikx range has models available to suit various applications, including food preparation areas, cold rooms, front-of-house and refuse areas. Units for food storage areas have been proven to extend the shelf-life of stored perishable fresh food by an average of 58%.
The booth of Bologna-based gelato machine company, Carpigiani, will present a series of machines, including the new ‘top of the line’ Freeze&Go (Pavilion 10, Stand B60, C67, A60, B67).
Although it has a compact footprint of just 550mm, it packs a powerful punch and is suitable for any commercial kitchen environment.
Hobart is set to bring its new category-defining Two-Level Washer — which offers twice the capacity of a hood-type with the footprint of a conventional model — to the HOST show floor (Pavilion 5, Stand A19 C20).
Joining it will be a new generation of hood-type machines, new undercounters and a range of cooking innovations. UK product managers will be on the Hobart, Bonnet and Elro stands, with the company calling on show visitors to not miss out on their first viewing of the two-level machine ahead of its market roll-out.
Meanwhile, Araven will be flying the flag for food safety innovation with its wide range of differential products to equip cold stores and kitchens in all types of establishments (Pavilion 2, Stand E07).
