Bluebird London NYC today announced the appointment of Morgan Nevans as general manager and Lauren Adams as marketing manager.
Nevans will lead the team at Bluebird – the first US restaurant from London-based restaurant and hospitality group, D&D London.
He brings a wealth of experience having previously held general management positions at Cafe Luxembourg, Dean & DeLuca and most recently the STARR restaurant group and Chef Morimoto.
British-born Lauren Adams, previously marketing manager for D&D in London joins the NYC team to oversee the marketing for both Bluebird and D&D’s most recent opening, queensyard at Hudson Yards.
Adams has been with D&D London for four years and has experience in planning and implementing successful marketing and communication strategies in a number of the group’s UK restaurants.
Speaking of the restaurant’s new appointments, Laura Dove, operations director for D&D in New York, said: “We are very excited to have both Morgan and Lauren join the team. Both bring valuable experience which will be a big asset to us going forward.”
D&D operates more than 30 restaurants in London.
