Steelheart has ducted panels that deliver airflow throughout the cabinet, which can maintain up to NSF-7 temperatures with quick recovery so that food products remain fresh and safe.

Hoshizaki said it has used stainless steel inside on the units for maximum durability and its standard air filter has easy access from the top without having to open the front or top.

The full line-up of commercial refrigeration equipment includes under counters, worktops, chef bases, sandwich, mega top and pizza prep tables, glass door merchandisers and back bar equipment.

Hoshizaki is a global manufacturer and marketer of a wide range of products for the foodservice industry including ice machines, refrigerators, freezers, prep tables, display cases and dispensers.
