Hoshizaki introduces remote monitoring to ice machines

Hoshizaki has partnered with Fastcomm to provide a remote monitoring solution for Hoshizaki KM cuber ice machines.

Fastcomm’s IoT platform uses cellular connectivity to connect ice machines to a secure cloud-based platform, providing on-the-go access to check machine health and receive status alerts.

By utilizing this new technology, multi-unit operators can know the ice making status at each location and troubleshoot problems from their device – increasing efficiency and saving money on possible downtime and service calls.
