Hoshizaki Europe BV has entered the second and final phase of its integration with Gram Commercial A/S.
The two global foodservice equipment manufacturers began merging sales and marketing functions in all European offices in January 2017.
Since then, the companies believe they have created a more customer-focused and customer friendly organisation, which accommodates the portfolios of both.
Their portfolios include freezers, refrigerators, counters, ice makers and more.
This latest phase, effective July 2020, will see the focus placed on integrating and streamlining all internal processes, the companies said.
This will include all sales and manufacturing functions, with traditionally factory-bound development functions integrated into one single value chain.
The companies hope that the combination of Gram’s approach to cold solutions, along with Hoshizaki’s leadership position in ice-making technology, will provide increased value and company strength across common industries and regions.
