Hillphoneix announces new refrigeration system aimed at reducing costs


Dover subsidiary Hillphoenix has announced its new InviroPak Horizontal Indoor Distributed Refrigeration System solution.

The firm, which produces refrigeration for the food retail and foodservice industries says the system is aimed at reducing refrigeration costs and improving profit margins.

InviroPak, which is designed for indoor use and available in multiple sizes, can be used as a central system for smaller stores or a distributed system for larger stores.

Subodh Sharma, the firm’s director of product management: systems, small format & self-contained, said: “With the addition of the Horizontal InviroPak to our distributed systems portfolio, we are providing food retailers with another refrigeration system option that enables them to achieve lower overall cost of ownership and more efficient operations,”

Hillphoenix list the benefits of the system as: reducing refrigerant costs; space-saving design; delivered Ready-to-Install with Standard Connections; and easy maintenance.

It is the latest addition to Hillphoenix’s new Distributed Refrigeration Systems platform, which includes the Vertical InviroPak, launched in May of this year, and AdaptaPak, which is designed for outdoor use and can be located on a roof or next to a building, freeing up valuable floor space.
