Hatco is advocating for the industry to consider making the switch to ‘Innovative Induction.’
As part of an article posted on TriMark, Hatco described how every buffet benefitting from precise, safe and highly efficient ways to keep hot food at the best quality for guests can be done via induction.
It says to do so, incorporating Hatco’s advanced Palletti Induction Warmer can help with service operations.
The firm went on to detail how its three countertop induction ranges which feature memory retentive settings, low profile design and a temperature control panel have been designed to help with that operation.
Additionally, safeguards include eliminating open flames and featuring automatic shut-offs for both built-in and portable countertop solutions.
The 360W countertop model can be interconnected, with up to 5 units on a single outlet, while the 600W standalone countertop model offers more power for challenging environments and types of food.
Integrated Pan Sense Technology (PST) has also been incorporated to ensure that heating is only activated when suitable pans are placed on the surface in an aim to foster a more protective environment.
