Hatco Corporation and Krampouz have expanded on their commercial partnership to launch a series of electric crepe makers for professional use in commercial kitchens and display cooking locations.
Coiled and insulated heating elements create an even heat distribution across the surface of the plate, while an adjustable thermostatic control with a range of 50°C to 300°C allows for operators to cook quality crepes from a variety of different batters.
The 120 volt KCME-1RND model can be used for up to five hours continuously, while the heavy duty crepe makers are powerful for a full day of use during breakfast, lunch and beyond.
The KCME has a durable stainless steel frame and includes a spreader and a spatula.
Models are available with a single or double griddle with a round or rectangular frame. Griddle diameters are 15.75′ (400 mm).
Milwaukee-based Hatco has also introduced electric waffle makers to Hatco’s growing line of innovative light cooking equipment.
