FWE to exhibit new Moisture-Temp Retherm Oven at SNA Annual Nation Conference


FWE plans to take its Moisture-Temp Retherm Oven to the School Nutrition Association’s Annual Nation Conference.

The firm has described the oven as “a favourite new product” and the announcement follows the earlier news that it would also be taking its humidified pizza folding cabinets the show.

The product ensures users can reconstitute food that had been previously refrigerated or slacked, whilst also using the moisture and temperature controls to both reheat and cook product

Made with high-quality stainless steel , the RH-18-MT also sports removable tray slides and can support pans full of heavy food items.

This model has an easy to use touch screen control that allows operators to pre-set a number of settings from time, temperature, even humidity level eliminating that need for someone to keep an eye on it.

The manufacturer has also installed an automatic venting system that releases excess moisture without the user having to do anything.
