FWE has announced that it plans to showcase its humidified pizza folding cabinets at the upcoming School Nutrition Association’s Annual Nation Conference.
The manufacturer will be at booth #1490 at the show, which will take place from 14-16 July, and says that the cabinets are evidence of their position at the ‘cutting edge’ of the foodservice design market.
The cabinets hold open or boxed pizzas up to 18 inches and two boxes deep and are able to give operators more flexibility in food production strategies, buying them time as the pizza is kept warm for longer.
The innovative Humi-Temp system also ensures that users need not worry about the pizzas drying out, as the cabinet environment is preconditioned with circulating moist air.
Amongst the many further optional accessories on offer are a full bumper to make sure that the cabinet is protected during transport, a full Lexan door that allows users to keep an eye on that pizza and the option of adding a logo to the product.
FWE will also be bringing a variety of other products to the show, which they plan to announce over the next two weeks.
