Frontline International appoints new point of contact for customer relations

Frontline International, a manufacturer of cooking oil equipment, has appointed Michael Sues as its new customer service representative.

Sue’s responsibilities will include receiving incoming orders, helping customers identify site-specific challenges and providing solutions to these challenges before scheduling the installations.

The company has said that Sues will be the primary point of contact between customers and general contractors, helping to ensure that each system is installed efficiently and accurately.

His other duties will involve soliciting and managing strategic service providers, overseeing bids, determining scope of work, assigning tasks and managing schedules, deadlines and deliveries. 

Giovanni Brienza, vice president of Frontline International, said: “Our brand promise to customers is that they’ll never have to touch cooking oil again, installations are where we see that promise pay off.

“Michael is the right person to help make the promise a reality. Our customers will love working with him.”

Sues has previously served as a site coordinator for a major construction company and general contractor with a national home-improvement retailer.

Front line International specializes in dispensing cooking oil and removing cooking oil from foodservice fryers.
