Forza Forni has aligned with a number of leading sales rep groups to expand coverage of its commercial ovens, equipment and accessories in the US market.
The manufacturer of Italian brick ovens and dough management equipment is aiming to reach more dealers, restaurants, consultants and designers after boosting its rep network.
It is now represented by Kain and McArthur for Midwest Plains (MAFSI region 16), Kitchen Resource Group for Southeast (MAFSI region 11), MarkeTeam Foodservice for (Pacific Northwest (MAFSI region 25), Marketing Agents South for Southeast (MAFSI region 4) and Preferred Marketing Group for West Coast (MAFSI regions 22+24 excluding Hawaii).
It is also represented by The Hansen Group in the Southeast (MAFSI region 12), Shamrock Food Service for Florida (MAFSI region 13) and Zink Food Service for Midwest (MAFSI regions 6, 7 and 17).
Alex Gent, director of sales at Forza Forni, said: “The demand for our ovens is great. We had to take it to the next level and get additional sales reps in the field with a local focus. We now have the ability to get a rep to a client’s location face-to-face. Also, these clients can now visit a local test kitchen to experience one of our ovens in person without having to travel to New York.”
Forza Forni was founded in 2004 by Peter de Jong and has supplied authentic Italian wood-fired pizza ovens to many well-known restaurants.
